Each participant will actively participate in hands-on baking techniques to show and prove growth in learning practical baking skills. Learning and using valuable skills like, reading and writing recipes, “kitchen math”, measuring and scaling recipes.Using learned skills to create unique, one of a kind pastries that they will take with them through the program and at home.
